With this endaevour we would love to share our bottle of wine - our love for wine :
- the quality of the wine;
- the benefits of the wine as well as making it yourself;
- the joy of sharing a good bottle of wine with family and friends; and
- the wide range of the appreciation of wine that can be :
seen in films and art;
heard in songs; and
read in books (the Bible tells a few stories).
It is our task to teach people of the above - they (if taken in moderation, consideration and appreciation) and we will benefit from the indulgence of wine.
